The free tool

The web tool runs in your browser. Your spreadsheet and template are processed on your device and are not uploaded. You are responsible for the content of your templates and data and for checking the documents it creates before you use them. The tool is provided as is, without warranty.

Purchases

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The founding licence is a one-time payment. It removes the row limit of the web tool in the browser where it was bought and includes a licence for the DocPerRow Excel and Word add-in when it is released. If the add-in is not released by the date shown at checkout, you can ask for a full refund (see the refund policy).

Acceptable use

Do not use the tool to create documents that are unlawful, deceptive or that infringe other people's rights.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for errors in documents you create. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date below shows the latest version.
