Refund policy

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record.

• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying the founding licence, for any reason.
• If the DocPerRow Excel and Word add-in is not released by the date shown at checkout, you can ask for a full refund at any time after that date.

To ask for a refund, reply to your Paddle receipt or write to readycsvapp@gmail.com with your order number.
