Privacy notice

Your files

Spreadsheets and templates you add are read and processed only in your browser. They are never sent to us or to anyone else.

Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we store your email address, the language of the page and what you said you will make. We use it only to send you one email when the Excel and Word add-in launches. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to that email or writing to the contact address; we then delete your entry. The form is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores the submissions for us.

Visit counts

We count page views and a few anonymous events (for example "documents created") with GoatCounter, which does not use cookies and does not store IP addresses or personal profiles.

When you create documents, use the example or reach the free limit, the site also records that event on our own host (Netlify). To count each visitor once per day, it stores a short hash of your IP address and browser name mixed with a random value that changes every day and is deleted the next day. The IP address itself is not stored, nothing is saved on your device, and the hash cannot be linked across days. No file content is ever sent.

Payments

Purchases are handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your payment and billing details under its own privacy notice; we receive your email address and order details.

Local storage

The site saves two small flags in your browser: whether you bought the founding licence, and (for the site owner only) whether visits should be left out of the counts.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data, and you can complain to a data protection authority.
